Kevin Fernandes has been an integral part of Non-Profit Insurance Services (NPIS) since 2014, beginning his journey as an intern. Over the years, Kevin's dedication and expertise have propelled him to the position of Vice President, where he currently oversees the Operations and Underwriting departments. In this role, Kevin is responsible for managing the NPIS and CSIP service teams, which include Account Managers, Underwriters, and Underwriting Assistants. His leadership is crucial in developing and maintaining the underwriting operations for various programs, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Kevin's academic achievements are equally impressive. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, earning Cum Laude Honors. His commitment to professional growth is further demonstrated by his membership in the National Society of Leadership and Success, where he continues to hone his leadership skills and contribute to the community.
