Justin Wiley has served as the Vice President of Programs for Ballator Insurance Group since 2018 and is responsible for developing new programs and capabilities for Ballator and its parent organization, Accretive Specialty. His responsibilities also include carrier and reinsurance capacity development, product development, distribution strategy development, compliance strategy and oversight.
Justin was named a Power Broker® and Rising Star® by Risk and Insurance Magazine in 2016. In 2017, he was also recognized by his alma mater, Florida State University, with their Young Alumni Award. Justin was later included in Orlando Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list for 2021. Justin led the development of the Community Services Insurance Program for Non-Profit Insurance Services, Inc., a Ballator Company, which was recognized by Business Insurance Magazine as “Wholesale Brokerage Team of the Year” as part of their annual U.S. Insurance Awards in 2021.
Justin holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Florida State University. He is licensed in all 50 states with the Commercial Property and Casualty (2-20), Life, Health, and Variable Annuity (2-15), and Surplus Lines (1-10) licenses. He holds the following industry designations: Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Risk Manager for Public Entities (RMPE), and an Associates in Reinsurance (ARe).
