Jennifer Lister is a seasoned insurance industry professional with over 30 years of experience. She attended Columbia-Green for Business Administration and currently oversees multiple programs at Ballator Insurance Group. In her role, Jennifer manages the advancement, execution, and oversight of the insurance and risk management functions for Workers Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Property, Auto, EPLI, D&O, Crime, and Cyber.
Jennifer provides oversight to multiple Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and leads a team of risk professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. She offers essential risk reduction and mitigation advice to inform claim decisions. As a liaison between TPAs, agents, brokers, clients, and carriers, Jennifer assists with negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve business goals.
Jennifer holds a Florida License (A156536), which is reciprocated in 50 states. She also holds the CWCL designation (Certified in Workers Compensation Legal) and the CBM-NP designation (Certified in Business Management – Non-Profit).
