We operate as a specialty underwriting organization, pool administrator, risk retention group, captive insurance company manager or other non-traditional insurance provide.
Ballator was founded in 2007 by a group of proven career insurance professionals who had previously been in senior management positions with publicly traded insurance brokers. Each of the founders identified the benefit of specialization in industry classes and realized that the needs of these classes were not being served by traditional insurance brokers or companies. We come from a wide diversity of backgrounds, and through that diversity, we enjoy a common focus and common ethos that brings the Ballator Group of companies together.
